Requirements
with 2+ years of experience in the formulation, process development, and manufacturing of small molecule drug products, with a degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or a related field.
Experience in preformulation characterization and analytical testing
Experienced in achieving CMC deliverables through outsourcing to CDMOs is preferred
Responsibilities
Conduct formulation, process development and manufacturing for small molecule and oligonucleotide therapeutics, and support drug product development for other modalities
Perform preformulation characterization and analytical testing to support drug product development
Support development and manufacturing at Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) to deliver products for nonclinical studies and clinical trials
Perform troubleshooting and data analysis to solve technical problems in formulation development and manufacturing to ensure product quality
Support risk assessments and manufacturing deviation investigations
Foster strong partnerships with Institutes of Science and development sciences
