Senior Program Manager, Physical Security Operations

12+ years of progressive experience in physical security, security operations, or a related discipline, with significant exposure to complex, multi-site, or critical infrastructure environments.

Proven track record of shaping and driving enterprise-level security strategy across multiple sites or regions.

Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and governing physical security policies, standards, and SOPs at the enterprise level.

Strong familiarity with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and ITAR compliance requirements, including drafting and implementing Technology Control Plans (TCPs).

Hands-on experience conducting and reviewing Physical Security Vulnerability Assessments (PSVAs) and translating findings into actionable mitigation plans.

Significant experience managing contract guard force programs, including MSA/SOW administration, vendor performance management, and KPI/SLA oversight.
