Maintain Employee Access to all Corporate Accounts.
Manage Corporate Account requests by confirming appropriate approvals are in place to add access.
Review daily Termination Reports, reconcile against Corporate Account access, and remove access as needed.
Work with external corporate account representatives to add changes and make improvements based on business needs.
Be an active partner with any projects related to Corporate Accounts.
Manage and process daily Vendor/Customer Uploads for check run processing.

We’re looking for a high-energy, go-getting, Vendor Onboarding Specialist (Corporate Accounts Administrator) to join our Accounting team. Under the direction of the Corporate Accounts Payable Team Lead, the Corporate Accounts Administrator is responsible for managing our corporate accounts New Vendor enrollments. This position will ensure compliance with New Vendor and Corporate Account policies.
