Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced technical recruiter to support engineering hiring across DoorDash. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior engineering leaders to define recruiting strategies, drive candidate engagement strategies, and close exceptional technical talent. You’ll also play a key role in headcount planning, talent forecasting, and process improvement as we continue to scale our engineering organization.

Define and execute on our hiring strategies to successfully scale the New Verticals team

Manage the pipeline of candidates from onsite through closing

Leverage data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build and execute on creative closing strategies

Assist in creating and maintaining a world-class candidate experience
