Drive delivery of key Temporal Cloud capabilities, including:

High Availability namespaces and failover automation

Migration tooling between self-hosted and cloud Temporal clusters

Namespace migration within Temporal Cloud for capacity management and data movement

, ensuring features are observable, safe to operate, and production-ready
