Loenbro, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Switching Foreman to lead field switching and commissioning support for mission-critical data center projects in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. The Electrical Switching Foreman will supervise electrical crews during First Time Energization, switching and AutoLOTO activities, load bank operations, and Level 3–5 commissioning support while enforcing safety, executing approved procedures, and ensuring clean turnover documentation.

Field Leadership

: Lead electrical crews in field commissioning activities including First Time Energization, switching/LDL for AutoLOTO, minor issue resolution, equipment start-up switching, load bank connection and removal, and general support for Level 3–5 commissioning.

MOP Execution

: Execute approved Methods of Procedure for all Level 3–5 activities and ensure crews follow the exact procedural steps.
