Requirements
in sales or business development, preferably in
government contracting, construction, engineering, or infrastructure
Familiarity with local government procurement processes (RFPs/RFQs) is a plus
Experience supporting or collaborating on proposals or bids is desirable
Proactive attitude with a desire to grow into senior business development responsibilities

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and win contracts with Houston-area local government agencies
Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities while maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Lead proposal preparation and submission to meet government procurement requirements (RFPs/RFQs)
Manage contract negotiations and closings, ensuring favorable terms and compliance
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitive positioning
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth contract-to-project transitions
