Manager, People Operations + Employee Experience (Hybrid / Boston)

You keep customer needs top of mind during your design and decision making process

5+ years of progressive HR or People Ops experience, ideally in a fast-growing, startup SaaS environment

Experience supporting globally distributed workforces, including hybrid employees, remote employees, contractors, and Employer of Record (EOR) teammates

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and implement scalable HR processes.

Experience with HRIS, ATS, and employee engagement platforms, ideally Rippling, Lattice, and

Experience running and reviewing background checks
