Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $175,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Responsibilities

iCapital is seeking a Corporate Governance Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join the Legal team.

The ideal candidate will support and enhance iCapital's Global Corporate Governance program through the administration of corporate governance processes, entity management, and compliance-related activities across domestic and international subsidiaries.

This role will work closely with members of the Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure accurate governance records, regulatory compliance, and effective corporate secretarial practices.

Prepare, maintain, and organize corporate governance records, including meeting minutes, resolutions, consents, governing documents, certificates, and other corporate records.

Coordinate with registered agents and external service providers to obtain good standing certificates, certified filings, and other corporate records.

Support the maintenance and enhancement of governance policies, procedures, and controls to address changing regulatory and business requirements.
