Responsibilities
As the Assistant Director of Oklahoma Hillels, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Jewish life for students across multiple campuses throughout the state.
Working within a dynamic, multi-campus system, you will help advance strategic initiatives, strengthen operations, and elevate student engagement while supporting a growing and diverse Jewish student population.
You will collaborate closely with professional staff, student leaders, trustees, and community partners to foster vibrant, pluralistic Jewish communities—meeting students where they are, both geographically and personally.
In this multifaceted role, you will help oversee daily operations, supervise and mentor staff and student interns, support strategic communications, and provide counsel on key organizational priorities.
