As a Senior Fullstack Engineer within our Sydney team, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of modern applications using both traditional and AI-augmented engineering practices.

You will architect scalable solutions, guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery excellence across client engagements.

This is a hands-on engineering role within a consulting environment, working directly with clients to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.

You’ll be joining an AI-first engineering organisation, where GitHub Copilot, internal tooling, and prompt-driven development accelerate delivery and elevate engineering quality.

You will leverage AI throughout your development workflow and help uplift AI capability across the team.
