Requirements
6+ years of experience in vendor management, consulting, contracting, pricing, procurement, external partnerships, patient services, access support, or related commercial operations.
Experience within healthcare, biopharma, patient services, specialty pharmacy, or access support environments preferred.
Proven ability in cross-functional leadership, driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups in a matrixed organization.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. Responsibilities
Provides oversight for OneHUB vendors who support AbbVie's Access and Affordability programs, engaging closely across OneHUB and AbbVie Patient Services.
Manages day-to-day vendor oversight – including ensuring all vendors meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, compliance requirements, and evolving business needs.
Catalogs SLAs and metrics across vendors to identify opportunities for standardization.
Partners closely with AbbVie Patient Services and brand stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into operational execution.
Proactively identifies cross-vendor performance enhancement opportunities to optimize patient experience, efficiency, and overall program effectiveness.
Operates with strong business acumen and disciplined governance to ensure operational rigor, financial stewardship, and sustainable performance.
