Graduate from a recognized post-secondary institution in Architectural Technologist, Drafting, Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Engineering
3-5 years professional experience – with minimum 2-3 years working for a General Contractor or Construction Management

Responsibilities
The Senior Digital Construction & Technology Coordinator-VDC/BIM reports to the Digital Construction & Technology Manager and is responsible for providing scheduling and logistic planning support throughout each phase of the project till the project is delivered. The Senior Digital Construction & Technology Coordinator needs to interact with site and project team members to maintain the flow of Information realistic in the schedule and logistic plans. We are looking for a construction enthusiastic individual, that has incredible scheduling and logistic planning skills, is passionate about sharing knowledge, and is interested in BIM/VDC technology. Our Digital Construction & Technology department is integrated providing endless possibilities combining both technologies.
The Senior Digital Construction & Technology Coordinator-VDC/BIM is responsible for modeling, 4D creation, clash coordination (2D and 3D) and logistic plans, mentoring other Digital Construction & Technology Coordinators, conduct consultant coordination meetings, communicate with site and project management teams for site support and deliverables. This role interacts with multiple levels of CCM team members; therefore, teamwork is vital to this position.
Responsibilities
:
Assist, review, update, maintain and support pursuits & construction projects in the production of construction schedules using Primavera Cloud
Assist and support projects and pursuits in the creation of logistic planning (AutoCAD & Revit)
