Strategist, Performance Marketing

Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience with paid media strategy and/or execution, and social media platforms.

Experience and a deep understanding of paid media practices on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Twitter.

Experience and familiarity with Paid Search and Programmatic advertising.

Ability to translate direction from internal leadership and external clients into paid media strategies and deliverables.

Strong presentation skills, confident speaker, with the ability to tactfully manage client relations; balanced with an eagerness to learn and humility with your craft.

Ability and experience in developing and executing successful client campaigns.

We’re looking for a Strategist, Performance Marketing to conceptualize and build full paid media strategies, and provide and implement optimization strategies for a variety of our clients. In this role you'll use your extensive knowledge of paid media, the latest trends, and research data to elevate campaigns or our clients. You’ll play a crucial role in helping to chart the path forward for our clients and deliver on larger, more exciting solutions for them.

Participate in campaign development, deployment tactics, and proactive strategic paid media planning.

Performing qualitative market research and directing quantitative research when required.

Work with clients to develop performance marketing strategies to reach their wider company objectives.

Able to lead strategic discussions and provide clear recommendations and documents with minimal direction or supervision. Able to present internally and to clients with confidence and clarity.
