Requirements
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner or HR leadership role supporting large, complex client groups (preferably in engineering environment).
Responsibilities
Provide expert HR partnership to Engineering and Manufacturing leaders to define human capital needs, solutions, and processes that will ensure the organization’s ability to attract, retain and develop the best talent at all levels.
Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues through coaching and consulting support.
Diagnose and address complex organizational issues, providing practical and strategic solutions.
Identify and utilize data to support effective decision-making.
Ensure management is measuring its human capital in meaningful ways that impact decisions and the future direction of the organization.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, adapting style and tactics as needed.
