Responsibilities
We are looking for a Small Market Business Account Executive to join our team in tapping into potential client opportunities and generating new business within the Recruitment/Staffing sector.
You are a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our customers, and you will help them effectively engage with our solutions (Talent and Learning).
You will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries and blanketing your region with outbound activity.
You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best technology options and sell corporate solutions for recruitment.
Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status
Close new business consistently at or above quota level
