Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services

Monitor and manage delivery schedules, routes, and logistics to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service standards.

Coordinate and lead the Picking, Packing, Routing, and Dispatching activities.

Utilize systems (Netsuite, RF Smart, Shopify, Hubspot) to troubleshoot, deep dive issues, and streamline processes.

We are looking for a dedicated Site Lead to join the Odeko family! As a Site Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of a warehouse facility independently, without an onsite General Manager. You will be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the site, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
