Operations Technical Support Associate

1–3 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Self-directed with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Applied EPIC and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Nice to have:

Accurately enter new business policy documentation into the Applied EPIC system.

Review carrier transactions and retrieve required documentation.

Ensure proper attachment and organization of policy documents within client files.

Enter coverage details into ACORD forms with a high degree of accuracy.

Process policy endorsements and audits in a timely and precise manner.

Manage cancellations and reinstatements in accordance with company guidelines.
