Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role. Own the delivery of multiple concurrent Healthcare Decision Support system design and/or adoption projects, ensuring outcomes are aligned with customer goals, best practices, and organizational standards.

Provide leadership and strategic guidance to customers throughout project lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, system configuration, user adoption, and performance management/optimization.

Oversee the development and deployment of Cost Accounting, Service Line Margin Analytics, and Downstream Reporting solutions, ensuring customer requirements are fully integrated and scalable.

Lead strategic and operational customer interactions to ensure alignment, proactively manage issues, and deliver measurable value and satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Mentor and develop team members, including Consultants and Senior Consultants, through active coaching, knowledge-sharing, and performance feedback.

Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for expanded services within active engagements, contributing to proposals, and participating in strategic planning sessions with customers.
