Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $135,000, including a target 10% annual bonus tied to individual and company performance. You will also receive equity (stock options) and a comprehensive package of cash and non-cash benefits.

Responsibilities

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a central role in how HackerRank is perceived by prospects and customers.

You'll report to the Senior Manager of Customer Marketing and assist with executing high-visibility programs across customer communications, field events, gifting, sales enablement, and customer advocacy.

This is a hands-on role with broad scope and real ownership, ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to build a versatile foundation while working alongside HackerRank's leadership team.

Coordinate HackerRank's flagship field events, including Customer Advisory Boards, partner events, tech meetups, executive dinners, and conferences.

Support production of marketing emails to customers, including content coordination, HTML build, QA, and performance reporting.

Execute customer onboarding email programs, operational customer communications, and quarterly release communications in partnership with Product Management.
