Responsibilities

End-to-End Ad Creation:

Edit high-performing short-form video ads (15-60s) specifically for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Reels, Shorts).

High-Volume Production:

Efficiently manage a high-volume workload, creating multiple ad variations (hooks, formats, and aspect ratios) from a single footage set.

Direct Response Execution:

Apply DR fundamentals: strong hooks, narrative arcs, and clear CTAs to every project to ensure maximum retention and conversion.
