Responsibilities
The Pre-Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling personal injury cases before they enter litigation.
This role involves evaluating, investigating, and managing injury claims, negotiating with insurance companies, defense counsel, and working closely with clients to secure settlements.
Work with the pre-litigation case managers to review case documents, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements, to establish liability and damages.
Conduct investigations, including speaking with clients, witnesses, and experts, to gather evidence and determine the strength of each case.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on their case status, explaining legal options, and offering guidance throughout the pre-litigation process.
Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters, opposing parties, and other stakeholders to secure settlements for clients.
