Operations Manager (OM)

is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the Restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of Restaurant operations.

Executes Restaurant operations functions

Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the Restaurant

Manages cash handling and ensures accountability

General to the role:

Initial hiring pay range (based on location, experience, etc.): $25.50-26.25 / hour
