Production Sales Manager, Retail

Support recruiting, onboarding, and change management for new products and tools.

Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed rigorous sales targets.

Experience in centralized sales or processing center management.

As a Production Manager, you will lead a team of 10–12 Retail Loan Originators.

Your goal is to facilitate loan closings at or ahead of target while maintaining high service standards.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail mortgage originators.

Own production performance metrics, including locks, funds, pull-through, and cycle time.

Drive go-to-market strategies with realtor partners, builders, and referral programs.

Act as a second-level escalation point for member, pricing, and execution issues.
