Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Disability Studies, Public Policy, or related field
7+ years of experience in training development, accessibility education, inclusion programming, or organizational enablement
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering accessibility, disability inclusion, or DEIB-related training programs
Working knowledge of accessibility civil rights frameworks such as ADA and inclusive design principles • Experience building training strategies or awareness programs across large organizations or multi-stakeholder environment
Responsibilities
Training Strategy and Program Design
Oversee the development and implementation of the accessibility training strategy for staff, volunteers, and partners
Work with subject matter experts to implement scalable learning programs tailored to Functional Areas (FAs) and Games-time roles
Ensure training content aligns with LA28’s Accessibility Strategy, ADA and IPC standards, and industry best practices
Measure effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, adoption metrics, and operational readiness outcomes
