Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution – preferred fields of study (helpful but not required): social sciences (e.g., psychology, sociology, political science, economics); business, public administration, or law; data/analytics (e.g., statistics, mathematics, information systems); communications or organizational development.
Master’s degree a plus.
8-10 years’ experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating corporate ethics and compliance programs, preferably in-house but strong consulting experience is typically required, however exceptional candidates with fewer years who have demonstrated the ability to perform at this level will be considered.
Familiarity with leading-practice ethics and compliance standards and frameworks such as the U.S. Department of Justice guidance on the evaluation of corporate compliance programs; the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations; ISO 37301 (Compliance Management Systems); COSO – Internal Control & Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $140,000.00 - $170,000.00
