Our technology platform enables us to serve clients more effectively and cost-efficiently, offering advisors who join Farther as employees a high payout of wealth advisory fees while maintaining low personnel costs for acquired practices.

This role combines M&A expertise and execution excellence to drive Farther’s acquisition strategy within the RIA space. You will be responsible for evaluating and executing M&A opportunities with retiring advisors and RIA firms.

Support end-to-end M&A processes across target identification, due diligence, deal execution, and integration

Assist in developing and refining Farther’s acquisition go-to-market strategy by working with internal teams and external sourcing partners

Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and committee memoranda to support investment decisions
