SANITATION SUPERINTENDENT

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in sanitation management, ideally in manufacturing or food processing

Strong knowledge of industry-specific sanitation regulations

Leadership and team management skills

Excellent organizations, problem-solving, and communication abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills

Sanitation Operations Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive sanitation protocols, procedures, and guidelines to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.

Oversee and manage daily sanitation activities, including cleaning, disinfection, waste management, and pest control, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess sanitation conditions, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production and quality assurance, to develop and implement effective sanitation schedules that minimize disruptions to operations.

Maintain an inventory of sanitation supplies, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring their availability and proper storage.
