Payroll Analyst

You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience processing complex, multi-state US payrolls (Canadian payroll experience is a plus but not required).

You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, or similar platforms, and advanced Excel or Google Sheet skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

You are a proactive problem solver who identifies root causes and implements scalable, best-practice solutions with minimal direction.

You are collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You are developing expertise in payroll fundamentals and are eager to expand your scope and take on new challenges.

Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Payroll Analyst

to join our North America Payroll Team, supporting the execution of US and Canadian payroll operations. This role focuses on high-quality execution of recurring payroll processes and supports medium-complexity projects aligned with the team’s key results. As a Payroll Analyst, you will work closely with your teammates and cross-functional partners to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

You will report to the NORAM, Payroll Manager and serve as an important contributor, while strengthening your understanding of both operational and technical payroll processes.

Execute regular payroll processing tasks for US and Canada with precision and timeliness, including audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
