Requirements

Senior Software Engineer, AI Specialist
, you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and evolving the backend system that powers our AI agent for Customer Success. In this role, you will execute improvements, resolve incidents, optimize performance, create testing environments, and enable the continuous evolution of the agent.
Your work will ensure that the AI agent operates stably, efficiently, and scalably, serving as a critical component in our daily operations.
