Factory Test Technician II - 2nd Shift

2+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace testing, fabrication, or a similar field

Solid understanding of aerospace components and systems, with the ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings

Experience working on a variety of testing equipment and mechanical/electrical systems

Familiarity with creating and reviewing test documentation and work orders

Previous experience working with advanced aerospace systems, cryogenics, or hydraulic systems

Perform a variety of test tasks independently, including assembly, calibration, and inspection of aerospace systems and components

The Factory Test team designs, builds, and operates the infrastructure needed to test nearly every part of Terran R right here at our headquarters in Long Beach, CA. This centralized approach provides engineers and technicians with exposure to the entire product lifecycle across a wide range of part sizes and complexities. The scope and scale are significant, with test stands capable of handling millions of pounds of force. Team members lead multiple projects in parallel, avoiding silos and gaining broad technical experience without needing a background in aerospace. With high-impact campaigns ahead, including thrust structure and stage 2 testing, now is the time to join.
