Requirements
5+ years of experience in media planning, strategic planning, or client strategy role in within linear TV, streaming, or digital video
Working knowledge of the convergent TV landscape — linear fundamentals (dayparts, networks, ratings, reach/frequency) and the streaming/CTV ecosystem (platforms, targeting, measurement)
A genuine curiosity about AI and how it can make media planning smarter — with hands-on experience or a demonstrated drive to build it
Proven track record developing strategic media proposals and supporting new and existing business growth
Experience working directly with brands, agencies, or advertisers in a client-facing capacity
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing strategic quality or missing deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation ($80,000-110,000/Annually)

As a Convergent TV Planner, Strategy & Insights, you'll play a central role in shaping media strategy across the full client lifecycle — from competitive RFPs and new business pitches to scaling plans for existing clients and forward-looking scenarios that show brands exactly where they can grow and how to get there.
In every case, your work starts with the audience, the data, and the 'why' — and ends with a strategy that connects audience intelligence to measurable outcomes.
You'll bring together audience intelligence, competitive insights, and AI-powered tools to build strategies that go beyond channel selection and the platform, data, and support to back those recommendations.
