Mortgage Closing Associate II

Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in mortgage closing and/or escrow; direct bill subsidy and construction experience is preferred

Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines

Ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written) with all levels within organization

Ability to operate as a self-starter who is highly organized and works well independently or within a team environment

Proven attention to detail

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

$25.11 to $28.89 per hour + annual bonus

Prepare and review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, reconcile application against system input and send to title and escrow

Balance loans with escrow and fund loans on time

Work with Monetary for outgoing and incoming wires

Research and resolve member issues including timely response to Early Check and Desktop Underwriter warnings

Act as main point of contact for funders and/or members
