Requirements
Comfort with SQL and a foundational understanding of how software is built and configured — you don't need to be a developer, but there will be a technical interview round for you to demonstrate your expertise
Sharp attention to detail and a sense of urgency when customers need it most
Manufacturing or industrial software background is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Small team. Big visibility. Real ownership from day one.
You'll know — and be known by — leadership.
Our directors know exactly who you are and what you're working on. You'll spend real time with the people running the team and get a broad view of the business — not a siloed view from one narrow lane.
Responsibilities
You'll split your time roughly between client-facing work — trainings, requirements sessions, ongoing support calls — and hands-on technical work configuring and customizing customer Orbis environments.
You're the person customers rely on when things go sideways, and the one they celebrate with when a go-live goes smoothly.
Lead discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into configured solutions
Configure and customize customer Orbis sites using SQL and established best practices
Deliver customer trainings and drive successful system adoption
Triage urgent customer issues and reprioritize quickly when it matters
