Requirements
: Oversee the decomposition of mission-level requirements into robust Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and system specifications, ensuring seamless interoperability between hardware and software components.
Interoperability Standards
: Serve as the subject matter expert on tactical data links and integration with third-party ecosystems (e.g., ATAK, Link 16, or government-owned frameworks).
: Act as a bridge between executive leadership, product management, and engineering teams to ensure the technical roadmap meets long-term customer needs and market trends.
Minimum of 8-10+ years in systems engineering or architecture for complex hardware/software systems, with a proven track record of designing "system-of-systems".
Deep experience in Electronic Warfare (EA/ES/EP), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), or advanced Tactical Wireless Communications (MANET, MIMO).

Research & Development
The successful individual in this pivotal role will serve as the primary technical architect for next-generation Networked Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, and will bridge the gap between complex RF hardware, advanced signal processing software, and distributed networking architectures to create scalable, future-proof EW solutions.
This individual will work within a multi-disciplinary R&D team to architect systems that not only detect and counter threats, but coordinate these effects across a mesh of intelligent nodes.
