Responsibilities
Own field readiness for product releases.
You'll partner with PMM, Product, and SMEs to translate new product introductions and platform updates into field-ready enablement.
This means understanding the customer journey, assessing what the field needs, and building the right enablement treatment to drive outcomes.
Build foundational product curriculum for customer-facing teams.
You’ll craft role-specific learning journeys that make product knowledge actionable for different audiences.
In order to do so, you’ll leverage existing content - curating, adapting and filling the gaps where needed.
