Research-minded, conduct competitive marketing assessments and provide actionable insights and plans.

The Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy leads, defines, and develops Renesas’ high-level marketing strategies across key and cross-marketing functions to establish short- and long-term marketing frameworks that map to and support the marketing and overall business goals through market analysis and a rigorous, insight-driven approach to marketing investment decisions that optimize effectiveness, accelerate growth, and strengthen long-term brand value.

This position also plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall brand marketing strategy of the company.

This leadership position requires a dynamic and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and semiconductor customer behavior.

The position is responsible for driving brand growth and enhancing brand equity through industry thought-leadership positioning and a deep understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of our competitors.

This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on the brand's promise and objectives.

Strategic Planning: Create omnichannel marketing and brand positioning plans that align directly with marketing and company business objectives.
