Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design.
Modelling, design, and drafting experience in 3D CAD programs.
Experience with GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
Working knowledge of aerospace requirements, testing, and materials.
Working knowledge of design of components like valves, actuators, mechanisms, bellows, tubes, latches, and pressurized components.
Working knowledge of fabrication, assembly/integration, and quality control techniques relative to tubes, machined components, and welded hardware.

Responsibilities
Develop mechanical component, assembly, and installation designs and associated technical data – models, drawings, test plans, analysis reports, work orders, etc – through the full lifecycle from concept to flight and service.
Perform tolerance and other analysis work to validate designs and review analysis work by others.
Participate in integrated product teams to coordinate development and execute plans.
Initiate and monitor procurement activities.
Support fabrication, integration, and test activities by providing product engineering expertise and hands-on support where appropriate.
