Solutions Engineering Director

8+ years of media (live linear, CTV or digital) planning experience (Brand or Agency, both a plus)

Must have in-depth marketing, brand management experience (Brand, Agency, or Consulting Firm)

Experience managing and growing SaaS and/or subscription revenue

Willingness and comfort with travel to customer sites, as required

Strong communication skills and the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to various stakeholders (customers and partners)

Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment

Collaborate with client and prospect teams (Media, Research/Analytics, Digital, Data Science, etc.) to articulate and layout a clear understanding of value proposition and most impactful solution

Translate complex concepts, approaches and methodologies into simple and strategic terms for internal and external audiences

Build strong relationships with prospects and customers

Leverage analytical experience to develop data-driven solutions and insights

Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all iSpot product capabilities

Be comfortable utilizing business intelligence and reporting development tools such as Tableau for on the fly analysis a plus
