You have 3+ years of experience recommended working within a transactional or corporate practice group, or an in-house commercial legal team — with hands-on exposure to commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting.

Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our expected cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:

$80,920 - $101,165  in Hamilton, NJ (hourly rate of $38.90 - $48.64)

$90,440 - $113,067 in Seattle, WA (hourly rate of $43.48 - $54.36)

$76,160 - $95,216 in Sandy, UT (hourly rate of $38.92 - $45.78)

*Annualized salary based on estimated 40 hour hours per week before overtime
