Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration) or relevant work experience in the area of System or CRM operations
Good proficiency in programming (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Deluge)
Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and automation solutions
Good understanding of APIs, integrations, databases and system architecture
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

We’re looking for a
SaaS Systems Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
to manage and optimize the SaaS platforms that power our business. You’ll configure, integrate, and enhance tools to ensure peak performance, seamless processes, and a great user experience across teams.
AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
Manage, configure, and optimize CRM and other Business Ops SaaS tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, D365, etc.)
Maintain integrations and data flows to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance
