Requirements
7 years of retail or service experience, with 4 years of progressive leadership experience in retail management
Extensive experience in retail sales leadership, with a focus on strategic planning, execution, and team motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide visionary leadership in retail sales, consistently surpassing targets through innovative approaches to customer engagement, product presentation, and promotional activities.
Cultivate a customer-centric environment, ensuring exceptional service standards are upheld across all customer interactions and touchpoints.
Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners, to drive alignment and facilitate collaboration.

Vuori is looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our retail store with a focus on people empowerment, development, and accountability to drive strong and sustainable business results.
You are the ultimate generalist with a deep understanding of your business and the role each person on the team plays for the store to achieve success. You’ll inspire and grow high-performing teams, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and empower your people to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll get to do:
Set, implement, and uphold customer service standards to deliver a consistent, best-in-class experience across all touchpoints.
Lead from the sales floor during peak business, coaching store leaders in real time to elevate selling behaviors and team performance.
Monitor service KPIs, identify trends, recognize great behaviors, and adjust tactics to continually improve the customer experience.
