Compensation & Benefits

$225,000–$275,000

at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Develops and executes near and long-term growth strategies/campaigns to drive business opportunities in alignment with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Strategic Plan objectives to meet or exceed AOP Bookings.

The Vice President Space, Defense & National Security Growth, will develop and execute growth strategies and business development plans. They will create, advance, and win recuring business with new and existing customers, drive bookings (sales), increase revenue, and position the business for robust growth in alignment with financial objectives. Specifically, they will strive to position Voyager as a key enabler of USSF, empowering DoW-wide network, intelligence, and weapon system solutions. They will engage customers from across the Department of War, US Space Force, Intelligence Community, and Defense Industrial Base, to position Voyager to empower current and emerging mission requirements. This role reports to the Executive Vice President Growth-Business Development.

Engages customers and vendors to understand and shape pre-solicitation efforts. Fulfills requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), and other partner and customer requests.

Supports and improves Capture, Bid, and Proposal Process. Manages within B&P budget. Maintains mission enablement focused pipeline generation and reporting.
