Requirements
4+ years of relevant technical experience.
HVAC and/or Refrigeration certifications.
MEP engineering experience for an HVAC servicing company or large commercial / hospitality entity.
HVAC/R: 4 years + (Required)
Commercial Maintenance: 3 years + (Required)
General Handyman Experience: 3 years + (Required)

Responsibilities
Perform Routine and Complex Planned preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
Perform repairs on HVAC components, including hoods, exhaust fans, make-up air units, and DOAS units.
Review Mechanical Startup, System Design Verification (SDV), & Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) reports generated by 3rd-party contractors.
Intermediate planned preventative maintenance for electrical and plumbing systems
Maintain & operate Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure thermal comfort in our facilities & remotely diagnose issues.
Provide remote troubleshooting support to onsite Operations team members, Facility Managers, and 3rd-party mechanical contractors/service providers.
