Service Operations Technician

Experience with diagnosing and repairing modern CAN bus-based automotive systems.

Functional understanding of tractor/trailer repairs and maintenance including tires, brakes, and air systems.

Ability to diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems and sensors.

Must be able to successfully complete & maintain all requirements for enrollment in the DOT FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Consortium & Clearinghouse.

Functional understanding of 49 CFR Parts 379, 390 & 396.

Experience in troubleshooting advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).

Service Operation’s mission is to create and maintain a service operations strategy to enable Stack AV Operations.

Conduct detailed inspections and routine maintenance of vehicle systems, including chassis, suspension, brakes, steering, and throttle.

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues specific to autonomous vehicles like sensor installation and alignments.

Collaborate closely with Fleet Operations and respond to fleet blocking issues in a timely manner.

Work cross functionally with Engineering & Hardware teams to deliver diagnostic solutions on complex issues.
