Structural Engineer Leader

Minimum of 3 years of structural design experience

Strong understanding of structural analysis fundamentals, including gravity systems and lateral force-resisting systems (wind and seismic)

Experience with structural materials and design methods, including:

Reinforced and unreinforced concrete

Load-bearing and non-load-bearing masonry

Familiarity with U.S.

The expected salary range for this position will be between $90,000- $100,000

We are seeking a Structural Engineering Leader to support civil and structural design efforts for furnace rebuilds and related capital projects across glass container manufacturing facilities in North America.

This role plays a critical part in delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective engineering solutions while partnering closely with internal teams and external engineering firms.

Apply broad knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, including design development and drawing review processes

Ensure designs meet all applicable engineering codes, standards, and permitting requirements, with consideration for the unique demands of glass manufacturing environments

Design structural systems and components, including furnace supports, equipment foundations, building modifications, and site infrastructure (roadways, drainage, rail, and security structures)

Partner with project managers and engineering teams to develop complete construction packages, including scopes of work, cost estimates, specifications, and technical documentation
