Senior Payroll Analyst

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

5+ years of payroll tax compliance

7+ years multi-state payroll processing

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Designation preferred

Deep expertise in federal, state, and local payroll tax laws, including multi-state compliance, withholding, reciprocity, and unemployment insurance

Medical, Dental and Vision starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment

Purpose of the Position:

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for accurately and compliantly processing payroll, with a strong focus on multi-state taxation. This role serves as a subject matter expert on state and local tax regulations, ensuring payroll operations adhere to all applicable laws and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions. This position partners closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies, support audits, and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

Process, review, and validate payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Manage

payroll tax calculations, filings, and reconciliations
