Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapist License in the state of Illinois
BLS from American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred:

Responsibilities
***We are seeking a dedicated and experienced occupational therapist to join our team, providing high-quality care at our Outpatient Oakbrook Rehab Clinic. This is a full-time, salaried position at 40 hours per week. Schedule is Monday through Friday and will be required to work two evenings until 7pm. Candidates must hold an active Illinois OT license and have outpatient experience, with required expertise in neurological rehabilitation and additional experience in lymphedema and/or hand therapy.***
