As a
Capacity Operations Specialist
, you will partner directly with the Capacity Operations, Clinical, Revenue, and Operational Leadership teams to meticulously execute and maintain the integrity of the end-to-end provider staffing lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Execute the end-to-end staffing process from initial deal notification to confirmed provider assignment
Be the primary owner of the provider-to-assignment matching process, applying the established guidelines to prioritize deals and align providers based on clinical fit, licensing, and utilization goals
Keep positive provider Parallel experience front of mind
Conduct daily monitoring of the Salesforce pipeline to identify staffing needs triggered by new opportunities or one-off requests
Drive cross-functional alignment
Coordinate with Clinical Managers and Customer Success to follow up on assignments, answer provider questions, and ensure clinical fit for all placements
