What you bring to the role.

1-2 years of experience in a coordination, recruiting operations, or executive assistant role

Highly motivated self-starter with strong relationship-building skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruiting software

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing.

Own interview coordination end-to-end, including scheduling, managing candidate and interviewer availability, and ensuring a seamless process

Partner closely with People & Culture and hiring teams to anticipate needs and keep interviews on track

Communicate directly with candidates, providing clear information, timely updates, and a strong overall experience

Ensure accuracy and consistency across interview materials, calendar invites, and candidate records

Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling and coordination efficiency
